Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, email scentsbymiski@gmail.com with your order number and we'll reply with next steps within 24 hours.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement right away. You won't need to return anything.
Each favor is personalized with your names and date, so party favor orders can't be returned. You approve a printed label proof before we bottle anything, and if we ever get your label wrong, we'll remake it free. How party favors work
