We want your scent to feel like it was made for you. If it isn't right, here's exactly how we'll make it right.
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, email scentsbymiski@gmail.com with your order number — we'll reply with simple next steps within 24 hours.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or simply isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement right away — you won't need to return anything.
Because each favor is personalized with your names and date, party favor orders can't be returned — but you approve a printed label proof before we bottle anything, and if we ever get your label wrong, we'll remake it free. How party favors work.
